Project Blessing

The people of Victory have once again been a huge blessing to our community through Project Blessing.  It was an outstanding effort as more people this year gathered together to get the job done – it truly was a case of ‘many hands make light work’…

21 extra food hampers

250 boxes of chocolates

40+ people helped with packing, many people helped to deliver hampers with 10+ delivering large numbers.  All the Staff of C3 Victory + a couple of volunteers (thanks to Julie & Ross) delivered chocolates to our local business communities – we made a notable impact around the streets of Charlestown.

There has already been feedback from families & CAP clients saying how blessed they felt to receive this unexpected gift and that it made a very real difference to them.

The response from local business people was extremely positive – they were genuinely surprised to receive such a lovely gesture at this time, it spoke volumes about the care our church can contribute to the community of Charlestown.

Thank you to everyone who contributed in some way to Project Blessing in 2011 and we pray that you and your family have a wonderful Christmas and we look forward to an even bigger & better Project Blessing in 2012.
